We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. The Scriptures are sufficient for teaching, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21).
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, possessing all divine attributes and worthy of worship and obedience (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
We believe that God the Father is the sovereign Creator of all things, who upholds and governs the universe with His providential care. He is loving, just, and merciful, desiring all people to come to the knowledge of the truth and to live in relationship with Him (Genesis 1:1; 1 Peter 1:2).
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully divine and fully human. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, and was crucified under Pontius Pilate. His sacrificial death and resurrection provide the only means of salvation for humanity. He is the only mediator between God and man (John 1:14; Acts 4:12; 1 Timothy 2:5).
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, who convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He regenerates the believer, indwells, empowers, and equips them for service and growth in Christ. The Holy Spirit also guides the Church in all truth and helps believers live in obedience to God’s Word (John 16:8-13; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22-23).
We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is the gift of God, not of works, so that no one can boast. We believe that all who repent of their sins and trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are justified by faith and receive eternal life (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 3:28; John 3:16).
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, consisting of all believers who are united in Him. The Church is called to worship God, preach the Gospel, make disciples, and serve others. We affirm the ordinances of baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper as means of grace and symbols of our faith (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 2:42; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26).
We believe in the imminent, personal return of Jesus Christ to judge the living and the dead. His return will be visible and glorious, and it will usher in the fulfillment of God’s promises and the establishment of His eternal kingdom (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 19:11-16).
We believe in the eternal existence of both the saved and the unsaved. The saved will experience eternal joy in the presence of God, while the unsaved will face eternal separation from God in hell. Our hope is anchored in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ (Matthew 25:46; John 5:24; Revelation 20:11-15).
We believe that Christians are called to live lives that reflect the character of Christ, demonstrating love, holiness, and integrity. We are to engage in personal and corporate worship, pursue holiness, and actively participate in the mission of God to spread the Gospel and serve humanity (Romans 12:1-2; Ephesians 4:1; Matthew 28:19-20).
